2.POINT of VOLITION

The Point of Volition is the moment a person becomes aware that another path exists. Through exposure, mentorship, stories, and practical teaching, people begin to see possibilities they may never have considered before. They recognize that they are capable of more, that their past does not have to determine their future, and that they possess the power to choose a different direction.

This is the turning point — the moment a person stops seeing life as something that merely happens to them and realizes, “I have a choice.” Once that awareness takes hold, real change can begin.

What once seemed impossible begins to feel real.

3.CHOOSE

Once people recognize that more is possible, they must decide what they will do with that awareness. Choice turns possibility into direction. It allows a person to stop accepting the limits placed on them by their past, their surroundings, or their own assumptions and intentionally pursue a different future.

That future may include law school, business ownership, real estate, a skilled trade, higher education, or a path they have not yet discovered. The particular destination belongs to the individual. What matters is realizing that their options are greater than they once imagined—and choosing not to place an artificial ceiling on what their life can become.

At V16 Academy, we teach that GO is the decision acted upon in spite of not feeling like it. It means taking the first step even when fear, doubt, or hesitation are still present. It means making the call, filling out the application, having the difficult conversation, showing up, and moving forward. Real transformation does not come from knowing alone — it comes from action.
